Payment and deposit
I ask for a deposit of £50 to begin the artwork and the remaining cost of the artwork must be sent before I will send out the final piece.
I currently accept PayPal, BACS or cash as payment all details in invoice.
Due to the nature of the work the deposit is non-refundable once the artwork has begun.
Delivery and completion dates
Rough completion dates of artwork will be agreed with the client and you will be notified once the piece has been sent. All artworks are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Royal Mail International Tracked and will be delivered mounted in a presentation box.

Any delays after postage are outside the artist’s control.

Photography
If the photo you would like to use is not your own, then you MUST get the owner of the image to give permission in order for me to use. If you would like to use a photo from a professional photo shoot you must ask permission from the photographer.

Copyright
As the original artist of the artwork, I retain the copyright and the right to use the image to add to my portfolio, post on social media and replicate in print. (If the item is a gift, please make me aware so I will not post any images of the item until it has been received by gifted person)

Data protection
Please be assured that any information collected including client’s name, email, address etc will only be used for commission correspondence, sending invoices and delivery of the final product. All details will be stored securely in business records and never shared with any other 3rd parties. Any photographs used will be deleted from records once the piece is complete.
